Hard Rock Cafe

Visited here for food and drinks and it’s a must visit. I’m never been to a Hard Rock Cafe as an adult and it was an experience. We hadn’t booked but we’re offered a table at the bar which was fine. We each had a burger and it was delicious... expensive but nice! Also this was the only place that we visited in New York that did not automatically add a service charge. The only reason this wasn’t excellent was because the service wasn’t great and we had to ask for the table to be cleaned and cutlery a few times! It was extremely busy though and the staff were running around. Def worth a visit alone for the shop/ lobby

Great service and food. You don't need more than that. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The menu is full with different varieties of meals. I got lucky to receive recommendations from Teddy's Guide for this location. Now I want to try the others Hard Rock Cafe locations.

This place is obviously one of the coolest place to eat in the region. Whenever I visit this place I am absolutely satisfied. They manage their very high standard service and the topmost level of cooking they serve. You are always happy with this place. Highly recommended.

If it’s your first time in New York City, you should stop by. Prices are not the best. If you are planning to have lunch/dinner be aware you will wait about 30 minutes and more for a table. If you do love rock and guitars you will find some interesting stuff in the store. Staff is helpful.

Like all Hard Rock Cafes is also this one fantastic. Whenever we visit it, we are very pleased. They have a great selection of beers and delicious food. The bar has a great atmosphere, the staff is very friendly and smiling. The interior is wonderful. The walls are adorned with guitars. The store is also beautiful. The location is great. I highly recommend a visit.

This is my favorite place whenever I craved food. They really have good service, the food was delicious, and the ambiance is great. Never had such a fast service like this. The price of food is a bit high and but it's all worthwhile. This is a good place for lovers, friends, and any family occasions. Highly recommended restaurant.

Was there this past weekend with a large group. At first I wasn’t sure how they were going to manage us all (we did have reservations) but when we got seated, everything worked out great! Our server was amazing and truly took care of us. We ordered from a small menu for groups and that was good but I would like to go back some other time and order from the regular menu. Our food came out in a decent amount of time and we weren’t rushed or anything. Great job!

We went here twice on our four day trip to NYC as we really enjoyed the food and atmosphere the first time. It’s reasonably priced for the location and the food is tasty and fresh, and the staff are fantastic. Nice to be able to look at all the memorabilia too. It may sound noisy initially but if you find a good place at the bar, the noises fade away and you can enjoy the company of your partner. One of the best Hard Rock Cafes one finds anywhere in the world.

It must be the top-notch restaurant, I know! The waiter entertained me rightfully when I went to their restaurant last Monday. The foods and drinks were even excellent and delicious. Besides, their nice accommodation towards me was very helpful. I greatly spend more time with your restaurant because it was all worth it. Thanks!

Loud music in a great atmosphere. The food was amazing! I got the gold leaf burger and it came with the most amazing sauce. I didn't really use the sauce on the burger but it tasted great on fries

Well, it is Hard Rock. If you have visited one, you know what to expect. Our bartender, Kevin, was extremely nice and courteous. Being able to start lunch at 10:30 was a plus. Food was good. No complaints!

Hood food and service. I like to travel and visit different hard rock cafe. I have a lot of t-shirt of them.

Here with my friends having a great time and the food is amazing and our server Harris is amazing kept checking on us and was working hard at helping us every step truly amazing service and would recommend him as your server. He made our whole experience to be the best. Thanks.

Right in Time Square, it has to be done ! Very large restaurant but very quick to be seated, though we did arrive at 11:45am.... it might get busy at lunch or dinner.... The food was very good, so good I could not eat it all.The burger was amazing and the onion rings were large and crispy. Service was very quick and efficient.

The Hard Rock is what it is and you would have to have been living under a rock if you are not sure what that is. However this location in NYC is much better than most. The service is awesome and the food is amazing! We have eaten at many other Hard Rock Cafe's around the world and even stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in Vegas! This location has been the best of any so far!

My family and I wanted to have dinner here one evening. When we entered, they gave us a disk and, when it started ringing, we went to the counter to have a table. The girl, named Bianka, in a very rude and annoyed way told us that she had a table for FOUR with a fifth place on the corner. We were five and, being Italian, we had a hard time understanding the lady who spoke too fast and with slang. When we asked if she could repeat and explain the accommodation better, we were told that the table was for 4 and that if it didn't suit us we could leave. Angry at the girl's rudeness, we took the disk and walked away. Instead of apologizing, the lady started to threaten us, almost screaming, that she would call her manager. Once called, the manager, Michael, arrived with a guard and the lady disappeared and left us with the manager. He left us his name and that of the girl, he did not apologize and with his expression it seemed that he was making fun of us. Result? we left without eating

Good, good, but for me it was so ‘dark’ in the restaurant. Even though the staff was so helpful and nice, the food was so tasty. It’s strongly recommend to check the shop as well, it’s so big compared with the other HRCs.

What a great experience! We didn’t have to wait at all. The food was delicious and our waitress super friendly. The prices were very reasonable. The decor is so unique and interesting and the vibe downstairs just so different and fun. A must!

Great food. Amazing burgers and well priced considering location.Whole place was rammed but you dont feel cramped.Great music and serving staff.The huge sharing dessert is awesome

Awesome place, good food. I recommend the nachos, they're delicious! Be sure to make a reservation because it can be very busy so be prepared for it. But no matter how full the restaurant is they bring your food very quickly. If you're going to New York be sure to visit the place.

I loved it! It was really an amazing experience! food and drinks were delicious! The interior of this place is really eye catching! If you are into famous guitarists this is the place to go!! So many famous guitarists guitars! Such an amazing place!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

The food was amazingly good! The waitress was a sweetheart. I was told it was going to be a 45min wait but we actually just had to wait less than 20min. The place is cozy and fun! Again, very yummy food.

I have visited and eaten at The Hard Rock Cafe in New York City a number of times. It hasn’t changed very much over the years but it is reassuring to know you can go to a place and get exactly what you expect again and again. The huge chocolate brownie sundae dessert is always a family favourite we need to get.

Ok, place is awesome.. always is really good eat with a lot of history everywhere! I went afternoon and maybe that’s the reason why they have poor staff but in general was good.. server made a mistake and she was really helpful to fix it up!! Drinks are really good, a refreshing pink lemonade was refilled all time.. Steak could be better!!

Probably the busiest Hard Rock I've ever visited and I've been to many all over the world. Staff was friendly but the way this location is laid out, it would have been helpful to have someone show me around. Very loud atmosphere as well.

Surprisingly good food, great service and nice atmosphere. I’ve always avoided places that feel like a tourist trap but my son wanted to go. I was pleasantly surprised how great and attentive the server was. The food came fast and it was very fresh. My son got their burger, it was perfectly cooked and very yummy. I had an espresso martini that was perfection! My appetizer shrimp was good but a little too much sauce. Overall I was impressed.

Stephanie is literally the best waitress!!! If you have a choice beg to be served by her!! Literally BEG!!! She is so nice and gives you such good recommendations!! Honestly I wish I was in NYC one more night just to go out with her!! And also ask her about her sexy men reviews!! Honestly I wish I could take her home to the UK with me!! I love her!!!

Its a Hard Rock Cafe. If you've ever been to one, you know exactly what to expect. They're all the same. Good shop for buying merchandise. Good bar areas. Good menu. All at a reasonable price, especially considering you're on Time Square!!!

We had a great time. Just go sit up at the bar, Drink & eat if it's busy. The bartender made some really good drinks. And the food was really good. I tried the 24 karat gold Burger. Worth every penny- Great atmosphere and friendly service.

Went there for breakfast buffet, was 21,90$ per person. They have eggs, bacon, fresh fruits, cereals, bagels... and also pancakes, waffles and french toast freshly made. It also includes coffee, tea, juices and one mimosa per person. Great experience, fair prices, friendly staff.

Love this place had a meal here before we went to a Broadway show. Had the salmon it was delicious. Service was very good. Would recommend.
